You should send:
Two official copies of your academic transcript from all colleges/universities attended. If possible, these should be in sealed envelopes.
Threereference letters written on professional letterhead (we do not have a standard form) in a sealed envelope with a signature across the sealed flap. Your firstand last name should be clearly indicated on these letters.
GRE and Psychology Subject Test GRE scores. We require BOTH test scores. If taken recently, please send a photocopy of your scores. Otherwise, send official ETS copies.
A resume/vita indicating your education, training, and work experience.
A personal statement of how you became interested in I/O psychology, what you want to gain from our graduate program, and why you are interested in pursuing a career in I/O psychology.
A writing sample demonstrating your scientific writing ability. Examples include a senior honors thesis, term paper from a psychology course, laboratory report from an experimental course, or other similar materials.
