Applied Experience:
Created a needs assessment survey to attempt to integrate a proactive management training into an existing leadership development initiative. Developed workshops to give to upper-management personnel, and evaluated a company-produced communication campaign (Temp Control Mechanical, Portland, OR) (2008-2009).
Developed, administered and evaluated a proactive management training for Saunders Construction (Denver, CO), then disseminated results to the employees. (2007-2009).
Developed, administered, and evaluated an apprenticeship training for Pipefitters/Plumbers Local 208 (Denver, CO), Local 290 (Portland, OR) and Local 420 (Philadelphia, PA) (2005-2007).
